By purchasing a StreamHut IPTV subscription, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. Service Description

StreamHut provides IPTV middleware software and subscription services. Upon payment, you receive access credentials (M3U link and/or Xtream Codes API) to use with compatible third-party IPTV applications. StreamHut is a software middleware provider only. Users are solely responsible for the content they choose to access through the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a StreamHut subscription. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Subscriptions & Payment

  • All StreamHut subscriptions are prepaid � there are no automatic renewals or recurring charges.
  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
  • Your subscription access begins immediately upon delivery of your credentials.
  • Subscriptions are non-transferable and for personal use only.
  • Sharing your credentials with others beyond the number of screens included in your plan is prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.

4. Delivery

Subscription credentials are delivered by email within 1�5 minutes of payment confirmation. StreamHut operates a fully automated delivery system that runs 24/7. If you do not receive your credentials, please check your spam folder and contact our support team via WhatsApp immediately.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use StreamHut's service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit your subscription credentials
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with StreamHut's systems
  • Use the service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law

6. Service Availability

StreamHut aims for 99.9% uptime. Occasional interruptions may occur due to server maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control. StreamHut is not liable for temporary service interruptions. In the event of prolonged outages caused solely by StreamHut's infrastructure, we will extend your subscription accordingly at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

StreamHut's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period. StreamHut is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Modifications

StreamHut reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes where reasonably practicable.
